KansoBoard collects only what it needs to run the service: your email address, name, and any content you create inside the app (workspaces, cards, and notes).
Email and name from sign-up (directly or via Google OAuth). Content you create — workspace names, card titles, descriptions, tags, and due dates. Technical logs (timestamps, error traces) for reliability.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except to run the service (Supabase for database and auth, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email). We do not use advertising trackers or sell to data brokers.
We use Vercel Web Analytics — privacy-friendly, no cookies, no cross-site tracking. Aggregate page views only.
You can delete your account at any time from workspace settings. All your data is permanently removed. To request a data export or ask a question, email us via the contact page.
